The business support manager will support stores across the Kbeverage territory. Ensuring stores are performing to the best of their ability, including sales targets, labour costs, marketing, training, and store cleanliness. Liaising with managers and area managers, communicating effectively to ensure the smooth running of the business.

As a Barista, you will make world class connections with the customers you see every day by providing a warm and welcoming environment, including keeping the store clean and tidy. You will also take customer orders, using the POS systems and receiving payments. Provide quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

The Barista is the face of the business, the service the customer will experience. This job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

The Head office administrator will oversee the office staff ensuring all daily tasks, emails, meetings and schedule are up to date.
Managing company correspondence, supervising administrative staff, updating records, databases and ensuring contracts are carried out for all employees.
