Kbeverage Kbeverage is a Limited company founded in May 2015. Kbeverage was created by Alok Yadav - he took the K from Kamla (his mother's name) and placed it in front of one of the most recognisable nouns used for the word drink. Kbeverage Ltd was set up to trade under the Starbucks name to develop Starbucks stores. The territory is comprised of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. This is a proud family lead business, a company that creates a culture of warmth and belonging - where everyone is welcome. Kbeverage shares the same values and standards as Starbucks - acting with courage, being present, connecting with transparency, dignity, and respect, delivering our absolute best in all we do and most importantly we follow the Starbucks mission

Kbeverage plans to open 100 stores within the next 5 years.
MEET THE TEAM
Alok Yadav
CEO
Alok Yadav is originally from India. He came to the UK in 2007 to work for Dominos Pizza. He worked his way up from team member to Store manager in a few short years and then became a Pizza Hut delivery franchisee opening multiple stores across the country. Receiving an opportunity to work with Starbucks was an important step in his career which allowed him not only to challenge himself within a different environment but also to grow as a businessman while living Starbucks values.
Alok controls the everyday management of the business and ensures that the company maintains a good level of finance, as well as opening new stores, maintaining operations, and improving sales.
Vikas Yadav
Finance
Vikas Yadav came to the UK in 2010 where he worked at Domino’s Pizza UK for 2 years.
He then joined the family business and over the past 9 years has worked in operations, development and accounts.
Most recently he is looking after the group finance and overseeing residential property development.
Kavita
Kavita Yadav joined Kbeverage in December 2017. Kavita grew up in Haryana, India, and came to the UK in 2010 to study a masters degree in International Business Management. Kavita has worked in many food retailers including Dominos, KFC and Pizza Hut delivery, working her way up from team member to business development manager. Kavita Yadav became a Starbucks Franchisee in 2016 and joined the family business. Kavita actively oversees the business in general, ensuring that the company remains in budget in particular when building new stores.
Rachel Yadav
Rachael Yadav grew up in Croydon, she has a variety of past experience in hospitality including working in The baguette bar, Dominos and Pizza Hut. She also graduated from the University of East Anglia with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
She currently works part time at a GP practice using her nursing skills to care for the public, as well as working in the family business. Rachael looks out for new development opportunities to develop and evolve the business.
Mohit Kadyan
Operations Manager
Mohit has vast experience in hospitality management and has worked with Alok Yadav for over 10 years starting from Dominos Pizza, Pizza Hut delivery and now Starbucks, reaching Operations manager position in Starbucks.
He is responsible for all stores operations and ensuring all Brand and company standards & values within the stores to provide the best Starbucks experience for every customer.
Andrew Bloy
Accountant
Andrew started his career at Price Bailey where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He has over 20 years experience in practice, dealing with a wide variety of businesses, providing valuable guidance to his clients.
He is highly motivated with a keen attention to detail, whilst able to meet tight deadlines. Andrew lives with his wife in Norfolk and during his spare time, likes to read, walk his dog, and visit the local theatre. Andrew also holds a BSc in Accountancy.
